About Us
Westchester Commons, Chesterfield County’s premier outdoor shopping center, is located in Midlothian, a suburb in central Richmond. It is conveniently situated at the northwest quadrant of Route 288 and US 60 (Midlothian Turnpike) and has over 600,000 SF of retail. The 128-acre shopping center is part of Watkins Centre and opened for business in March of 2009. It currently features over 55 local and national retailers. The center is made up of national tenants Target, Regal Cinemas, Buffalo Wild Wings, Gold’s Gym, JoAnn, Petco, Books-A-Million and OfficeMax. It is also comprised of smaller specialty shops and restaurants including Napa Kitchen & Wine, Sedona Tap House, Latitude Seafood Company, The Shaved Duck Restaurant, Rusty Taco, Ski Center, Fruit Fixed, Luxury Pool & Spa, Greater Than Sparrows Salon & Medspa, Midlothian Family Practice, Pivot Physical Therapy, as well as newcomers Dominic's Italian Grille and =PR= Run & Walk.
Westchester Commons is also known for its signature family events (Halloween Carnival Festival, Easterpalooza and Holiday Tree Lighting), as well as the ever-popular Westchester Concert Series, featuring live music and supporting local area non-profits every Summer!
